A case of hereditary spherocytosis, which has been experienced in a 1-year-old Korean boy at Korea General Hospital, was presented. In patient and his mother we could observe the marked spherocytosis on peripheral blood
smear. A brief review of the related literature was also mentioned

Two cases of Reye’s syndrome in 6 months male infant and 12 months female infant were presented. Laboratory findings showed increased S.G.O.T., S.G.P.T. and blood ammonia. Also, one'case sho wed fatty infiltration of liver on the biopsy after death. A brief review of related literature was presented.

6 year old Korean Male was admitted to Korea General Hospital with Chief Complaints of spik*
ing fever, abdominal distention with pain and vomiting.
One month after recovery from measles. On admission, miliary tuberculosis was suspected
because of chest X-ray finding.
Condition of the patient worsened during the course of antituberculous treatment.
Surgical Biopsy of cervical lymphnode showed cryptococcosis and the patient responded well to
